The cable cannot be retrieved.
1. Turn off the machine, and then turn it back on. The cable will automatically retract.
2. Turn on the machine and switch it to isokinetic mode. Pull the cable to its maximum length, and then release it. The cable will automatically retract. Note that it may require some force to pull the cable to its maximum length.
The wireless switch cannot pair or does not work.
To pair the wireless switch with the home gym machine, please follow these steps: bring the switch near the home gym machine, press and hold the switch for 3-5 seconds until the switch light starts flashing.
1. After the long press, if the blue light flashes 5 times, it indicates successful pairing. The switch is now ready to work.
2. If the red light flashes 5 times after the long press, it means the pairing has been canceled. In this case, please repeat the long press until the blue light flashes 5 times to complete the pairing process. The switch should then start working properly.
What is the load and resistance range?
Maximum load is 265 lbs (132 lbs per side), minimum resistance is 5.5 lbs, adjustable in 1.1 lbs steps.
Is there resistance both when pulling out and retracting the cable? How is the resistance generated?
Yes, there is resistance during both cable extension and retraction. The machine uses a motor to generate electromagnetic resistance.
Can I move the machine to a different location after installation, such as to another room?
Yes, the machine is movable. It is equipped with wheels, so you can simply push it to relocate.
How do I maintain the machine?
Keep the product away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Do not store it in damp or humid areas to prevent rust and deterioration of insulation. For cleaning, use a soft towel or sponge dampened with water or a non-corrosive, neutral detergent. Do not power on the device until it has naturally dried after cleaning.
What resistance modes are available?
4 modes: Standard, Eccentric, Isokinetic, and Elastic, each offering different training experiences.
Can the system update itself? Does the product support voice control?
The system is regularly updated with new features via OTA (Over-The-Air) remote upgrades. Voice control is not currently supported.
Can I use the machine without an internet connection?
Yes, the machine can be used offline. You can log in as a guest to start your workout.
How do I ensure safety when using home gym equipment?
Read and follow the equipment's instruction manual carefully, maintain proper form during exercises, use equipment on stable surfaces, and consider using safety features like safety locks or straps. It's also recommended to start with lighter weights and gradually increase as you build strength.

Stop working

I bought this item via Temu since it was cheaper but it stopped working almost right away. I cant get a hold of it anyway it is rather upsetting.

I love this. But my right side keeps popping and coming out not retracting mid set. Kept having to reset it. Right now it just came out and I reset it and it's not going back in wtf

Great home gym

I truly enjoy how compact this home gym is. It is easy to switch from the handles, to the bar, and to the belt. I am enjoying the fact that it counts my reps as well as my rest periods. The app is in need of a lot of help, but overall I recommend this home gym!

First impressions: it’s feeling like my best investment in health this year

2 week impressions:
The machine came well packaged and is built quite solid.
I’ve used it about 3 times and, while I’m getting used to the non-free weights lifting that I’ve always used, it's performing well.
I haven’t done anything crazy as far as settings or customizations go nor any fast movements. Zero hiccups so far.

I haven’t used the app to workout but I did register & browse through the workouts. Setting up a routine list of workouts, which there are plenty, is more confusing than using machine.

In the back of my mind, I am a little worried on the longterm use. Unlike free-weights which require zero customer support, I sincerely hope this will continue to work trouble-free for years to come. The customer service when ordering has been very responsive via email.

I hope it’s one of the best investments in health I ever make!
